News & Notes:
- The letter that was sent out on May 27, 2009 is available on the Board page.
- DOG OWNERS: Please be reminded that your dog(s) must be on a leash according to HOA By-Laws and Spartanburg County Law.
- All garbage receptacles are to be place BEHIND your home after collection each week. Placing the bins on the side of the house is a violation.
- No car should be parked on the street or non-driveway portion of the property. Violators will be ticketed and or towed at the owner's expense.
